MADERAS COUNTRY CLUB CONSTRUCTION IS ON SCHEDULE

Officers of Sunroad Enterprises have announced that the construction schedule for Maderas Country Club is on time for the projected opening in mid-November. Designed by Johnny Miller and Robert Muir Graves, Maderas is located in Poway just north of San Diego. The 18-hole championship golf course lies within the new real estate development, The Heritage Estates.

“We’re right on schedule, ” commented Sunroad Vice President, Art Noerhen. “The course already has 16 of its putting greens seeded and 13 of it fairways and tees fully grassed. Plus the full length driving range and short game practice facility are already completely grown-in.” The golf course construction is scheduled to be complete by mid-July, while the golf house completion is projected for mid-October with play commencing in mid-November.
