Development Located Just Outside Shanghai, One of the Fastest Growing Golf Markets in the Country

Scottsdale, Ariz. - Troon Golf, the world's largest golf management company is pleased to announce its first management opportunity in China at Zhejiang Nine Dragon Hill Admirals Golf Club. Situated southeast of Shanghai, the club is located in the seaside village of Pinghu, a weekend/holiday resort area currently under development.

The 27-hole facility is a design by internationally recognized golf course designer Ron Garl. Eighteen holes are scheduled to be open for play in fall of 2006 while the remainder of the project is targeted for a spring/summer 2007 opening. The course will showcase elaborate landscaping and water features, and play will incorporate various experiences for the golfers including fairways that meander through a quarry, some played on a mountainside, others that play along the coastline, and one nine will be situated predominantly along lakes that feature cascading waterfalls. In addition to making the club capable to hosting a Professional tournament, the multiple sets of tees will ensure a challenging round of golf to players at all levels of the game. Finally, the club will feature a Troon International Golf Academy that will offer golfers state-of-the-art teaching equipment and the latest techniques taught by highly qualified golf professionals.
