Recent Growth Creates New Opportunities

Troon Golf, America's leading luxury brand of golf management, marketing, and development firm, has announced the promotion of several individuals into key facility operations positions within the company.

Dale Balvin will be moving from his current position as Facility Manager at Legend Trail Golf Club to take on the position of Facility Manager at The Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Troon Golf will secure management of this facility effective July 1, 1999.

Monique Martinez will be moving from her current position as Merchandise Manager at Talking Stick Golf Club in Scottsdale to take on the position of Area Retail Manager for Southern California. Monique will oversee the retail management for The Westin Mission Hills Resort, Maderas Country Club, The Links at Monarch Beach and Eagle Glen Golf Club. She will be based at The Westin Mission Hills.

Ron Parrish will be moving from his current position as Director of Golf at The Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Arizona to take on the position of Facility Manager at the Whirlwind Course at Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, Arizona. Wild Horse Pass is currently under-construction and is scheduled to open in December of 1999.

David Schneider will be moving from his current position as Head Golf Professional at Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale to take on the position of Facility Manager at Legend Trail Golf Club.

Rob Zimmerman has moved from his postion as Assistant Superintendent at Troon North Golf Club to take on the position of Superintendent at The Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Troon Golf oversees golf development and operations at more than 40 golf courses in ten American states and four countries.
