TROON GOLF ANNOUNCES SEVERAL SENIOR LEVEL PROMOTIONS

Associates Rise to Meet the Company's Global Vision

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - In a move representative of the meteoric growth Troon Golf has experienced since the company's inception in 1990, the Board of Directors recently announced the promotion of several key staff members to Executive Vice President or Senior Vice President roles.

John W. Easterbrook Jr. was promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations. In his new position John will oversee four critical areas: Retail and Clubhouse Development, Science and Agronomy, Golf Operations, and the Australia / Asia division formed by Medallist-Troon.

Also promoted to Executive Vice President was General Counsel, Timothy S. Schantz. Schantz will continue to play a diverse role while focusing added attention on Troon Golf's two primary divisions: Corporate Operations and Acquisitions & Investments.

Promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, was Jon A. Munson. Munson's responsibilities include overseeing all finance and accounting departments, as well as analyzing company investments. Also promoted to Senior Vice President were Timothy J. Greenwell, Sales & Marketing; Paul Stringer, Medallist-Troon, Operations; Ronald A. Despain, Golf Course Design and Development; and Cynthia C. Anderson, Retail and Clubhouse Development. In addition, Lyn Bickle was recently promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller.
