TROON GOLF APPOINTED TO MANAGE CONESTOGA GOLF CLUB AT SUN CITY MESQUITE

Scottsdale, Ariz. - Troon Golf,® the leader in upscale golf course management, development and marketing is pleased to announce that it has been selected to manage Conestoga Golf Club, located northeast of downtown Las Vegas in Mesquite, Nevada.

When all 18 holes open in late 2009, the Gary Panks-designed course will feature a spectacular layout meandering through natural arroyos and jaw-dropping elevation changes. The native desert and natural washes have been utilized in the course design, creating a challenging layout with dramatic canyon vistas. With more than 51 strategically placed bunkers, Conestoga is sure to test the ability of even the most proven player. Conestoga Golf Club is located within the private Del Webb community of Sun City Mesquite. When complete, the development will include 5,000 residences and an abundance of recreational activities.

Sun City Mesquite by Del Webb was featured recently at the annual RE/MAX Long Drive Championships on the community's state-of-the-art, multi-million dollar sport facility. The exciting event crowns champions in five divisions and identifies the world's longest golfer. The facility provides grandstands for spectators and a breathtaking backdrop, ideal for television coverage. The field will also be used for additional sporting events including soccer, softball and baseball tournaments.

According to Tim Colbert, director of operations at Sun City Mesquite, the much-anticipated golf course will be open to public play and offer Sun City residents preferred tee times.
