A New TROON GOLF EXPERIENCE Plays High Above Reno, Nevada

Scottsdale, Arizona - The principals of Newland Communities, project managers for the D'Andrea Master Planned Community in Sparks, Nevada, are pleased to announce their recent contract with Troon Golf, the recognized world leader upscale golf management, who will oversee all golf club operations.

Open since 2000, the D'Andrea community features a bold high desert golf course by the prominent architect, Keith Foster. As the striking focal point of the 861-acre master planned development, his natural handling of the hardy terrain provides straightforward play in open spaces, where the Reno skyline sets against the majestic Sierras and serves as the dramatic backdrop.

"D'Andrea is ranked among the top regional golf courses in the West and epitomizes the wide-open style of play in the Reno area," stated Peter Bridges of Newland Communities. "However, we felt for this facility to operate at its greatest potential, we needed the most capable managers. We chose Troon Golf to help us blend the highest level of club services with a tremendous golf experience on this adventuresome golf course."

A variety of housing styles surround D'Andrea Golf and Country Club, including upscale multi-family structures, magnificent custom homesites, and a village center. Toscanna, an active adult community also is located within the D'Andrea development, helping to make D'Andrea the best selling community in the Reno/Sparks marketplace.
