TROON GOLF HIRES JIM BELLINGTON As VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Scottsdale, Arizona – Troon Golf,® the world leader in upscale golf management, development and marketing, has announced the appointment of Jim Bellington as Vice President, Operations. His responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations of a portion of Troon Golf’s North American portfolio, management of all transition activities, as well as the recruitment of general managers for newly acquired properties. He will report to John Easterbrook, Jr., Executive Vice President, Operations.

Bellington comes to Troon Golf following a 13-year tenure with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he served at various resorts including Four Seasons Resort and Club, at Las Colinas in Dallas, Texas and The Four Seasons at Aviara in San Diego, California.

Originally from the Chicago area, Bellington is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a degree in business and marketing. He immediately went to work as a golf professional in the Washington D.C. area, at the prestigious Burning Tree Country Club. Bellington returned west to spend his next eight years at Marriott Camelback Golf Club in Scottsdale, before leaving to oversee the corporate golf operations for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
