TROON GOLF HONORS ASSOCIATES FOR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

Scottsdale, Ariz. — Troon Golf,® the leader in upscale golf course management, development and marketing is pleased to recognize the following individuals and facilities for outstanding performance in 2007. Winners were announced at the 2008 Annual Troon Golf Management Conference, which recently took place at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Ariz. Congratulations to the following award winners:

“FACILITY OF THE YEAR”
The Club at Savannah Harbor, Georgia
This facility ranked No. 1 in Troon Golf’s surveys for overall guest satisfaction and associate opinion. It also received the highest score in overall course conditions out of all other Troon Golf courses and exceeded its ownership’s expectations. The associates at The Club at Savannah Harbor have gone above and beyond in showcasing the Troon Golf brand and utilizing the corporate staff.

“GENERAL MANAGER OF THE YEAR”
Greg Kinney, The Revere Golf Club, Nevada
Greg oversaw a major revenue growth at The Revere Golf Club as well as an increase in guest satisfaction scores. Employee survey scores also dramatically increased at the club under Greg’s leadership, and he is known for his incredible ability to engage and encourage his staff.

“SUPERINTENDENT OF THE YEAR”
Phillip Chiverton, The Grove, England
Under Phillip’s leadership, The Grove has consistently been rated one of Troon Golf’s best conditioned courses. Guests constantly rave about the perfectly manicured greens and near-perfect conditions that Phillip has created on the course. He is passionate about “being the best” and is dedicated to improving the company’s agronomic programs.

“MOST IMPROVED FACILITY OF THE YEAR”
Moon Valley Country Club, Arizona
This facility exceeded expectations in their owner survey, receiving more perfect scores than any other private facility. Moon Valley increased revenues in every department, improved year-round agronomic issues and developed and trained a highly motivated group of associates.

“ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR”
Lisa Cole, Corporate Office, Australia
Lisa has been with Troon Golf for over seven years. Her roles have varied from club manager, opening one of Troon’s first facilities in Australia, to her current position at Australia’s corporate office where she is known as a “jack of all trades.” Lisa provides invaluable support to all operating facilities and new developments, as well as incredible operational and administrative talents to facility general managers and associates. Through her hard work and dedication, Lisa has been instrumental in delivering the Troon Golf ExperienceSM and upholding the qualities the brand represents.

“FACILITY NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR”
Cap Cana, Dominican Republic
Already ranked among the 100 BEST COURSES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES by GOLF DIGEST, Cap Cana has been a solid promoter of Troon Golf. Their guest satisfaction scores were 94 percent positive and the property has already booked several major events after being open for only a year.

“W.I.T.S” (WALK IN THEIR SHOES) AWARD
The Crosby Club, California and Maderas Golf Club, California
Both of these facilities faced the most dreadful of circumstances when the Witch fire of Southern California literally burned against their fairways and property lines. Both of the clubs’ leadership teams remained focused and stood strong as the fire burned 197,000 acres and destroyed 1,000 homes. Just days after the fire was contained, Maderas Golf Club reopened and The Crosby Club even hosted an event in their parking lot. These properties earned this award for the way they persevered through this natural disaster.

“TURNAROUND FACILITY OF THE YEAR”
Old Works, Montana
Old Works had an incredible year, marked by impressive financial turnarounds. The facility’s overall revenues were up in a down-market and they also significantly increased their revenue per available tee time.

“AMBASSADOR” AWARD
Ken Kosak, Pearl Valley Golf Estates, South Africa
This award is given only to those who are truly passionate about what they do and to those who represent the Troon Golf culture. Ken lives and breathes the company’s Guiding Principles and is the perfect example of what the Troon brand represents.

“AWARD OF EXCELLENCE”
Gregory Jolliff, Moon Valley Country Club, Arizona
Presented only to those who have done something truly special, Gregory earned this coveted award for his loyalty, tireless work ethic and dedication to Troon Golf. He has proven himself to be the type of person who will go anywhere, at anytime for the company and always does Troon Golf proud.
