TROON GOLF NAMES RICHARD TRUEBLOOD As CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – The Board of Directors of Troon Golf, the world’s leading luxury golf management, development, and marketing company, announced Richard L. Trueblood has been appointed the company’s new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Trueblood moves to Troon Golf from Heritage Property Investment Trust, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for the $2 billion real estate investment trust. Prior to that he held the position of Senior Vice President – Finance with Promus Hotel Corporation following a 23-year tenure as a Partner with KPMG – Peat Marwick LLP.

In a related action, the Board also announced the appointment of Troon Golf financial officer Jon Munson to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Finance. Munson joined Troon Golf in 1992 following a stint with Ernst and Young.
