The TROON GOLF EXPERIENCE on a New Curtis Strange Signature Course

Scottsdale, Arizona - Troon Golf, the world's leading luxury golf management company, is pleased to announce its recent partnership with ARAMARK in the development and management of the golf course at Poplar Hill Conference Resort in Farmville, Virginia.

The sensational Curtis Strange Signature golf course, built in conjunction with golf architects Rick Robbins & Associates of Cary, North Carolina, will anchor the 1060-acre development. In time a residential component will complement the 123-room Poplar Hill Conference Resort.

Following the April ground breaking ceremonies, the resort is scheduled to open in 2003 in the pasturelands and forests in the "Heart of Virginia," on Highway 15. Farmville, home to Hamden-Sydney and Longwood Colleges, is approximately one hour from Charlottesville, Richmond, and Lynchburg.
