TROON GOLF TO MANAGE GOLF OPERATIONS AT THE WESTIN RŌCO KI BEACH & GOLF RESORT

Premier Golf Destination Breaks Ground in Punta Macao, Dominican Republic

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Troon Golf,® the leader in upscale golf course management, development and marketing is pleased to announce its partnership with Macao Beach Resorts, Inc. to oversee golf operations at The Westin Rōco Ki Beach & Golf Resort in Punta Macao, Dominican Republic. The resort will occupy approximately 500 acres and will be home to the Westin Macao Beach Resort, which will include a hotel, a whole ownership residence club and hotel condos. Additionally, the resort will house numerous private residences. The property offers spectacular ocean views, which are further enhanced by outstanding terrain: elevated headlands similar to Hawaii, white sandy beaches, mangrove forests, marshes, lakes and lagoons, sand dunes and meadows.

The Westin Rōco Ki Beach & Golf Resort project is proposed to include a variety of key resort amenities, including an additional signature golf course, a beach club, water-sports center, a nature preserve and an equestrian center. Additionally, a commercial area and a heliport are proposed for the site.
