Scottsdale, Ariz. – Troon Golf,® the leader in upscale golf course management, development and marketing is pleased to announce that it has been selected to manage Las Colinas de Campoamor Golf Resort. Located along the Mediterranean coast in the city of Murcia, the resort is set in the middle of Spain’s fastest growing golf destination.
Scheduled to open in 2009, Las Colinas Golf Resort will offer guests and residents a desirable and active Mediterranean lifestyle. The site will include the luxury five-star hotel, The Westin Las Colinas as well as extravagant villas and upscale apartments perched atop hillsides overlooking lush meadows and flourishing pine forests. All this surrounded by an 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Cabell B. Robinson, Europe’s most successful golf architect. The resort will feature a well-equipped practice facility for golfers of all ages and playing abilities.
