The Troon Golf Experience Adds to a New Look and Feel

Scottsdale, Arizona – In a year of extensive remodeling and renovation of Sierra Nevada Golf Ranch, the owners have contracted Troon Golf®, the world leader in upscale golf course management, development and marketing, to oversee golf operations for the popular facility in Genoa, Nevada, located between Reno and Lake Tahoe.

Since purchasing the property in 1986, owner Ron Simek and his family have worked steadily on improvements of Sierra Nevada to complement the spectacular mountain surroundings. Troon Golf’s consummate assortment of course maintenance practices and club services assure the elevated quality level and increased value they seek for this destination resort community.

“To operate Sierra Nevada Golf Ranch at its greatest potential following our capital improvements, we felt we needed the most capable managers,” stated JoAnn Simek, Managing Partner of Sierra Nevada Golf LLC. “We chose Troon Golf to help us make our vision for this facility a reality.
