The Troon Saguaro Amateur Series is a series of golf tournaments during the off times of college golf around the United States. From California to Arizona to Tennessee, this Amateur series is in it’s second full year of existence and is continuing to grow. Roy Edwards, the Men’s head golf coach at the University of Colorado, Joe Jensen, the Men’s head golf coach at the University of Wyoming and Brady Wilson, the general manager of Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf club are the founders of the Troon Saguaro Amateur series and are our guests on this podcast to discuss how the events are providing value to both amateur golfers and the clubs who are hosting them.
