Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. (October 7, 2019) – BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. is pleased to welcome Fabian Ludwig as the club’s new director of culinary and executive chef. Ludwig will oversee all facets of food service and preparation, across all six of BallenIsles Country Club’s dining venues.
A seasoned culinary professional with more than 25 years of experience, Ludwig most recently led the opening of the eight restaurant venues at the new Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado. We are excited to welcome him and his fresh ideas to the culinary program.”
Ludwig’s culinary career has taken him to Hungary, Switzerland, England, Bermuda and Germany where he started as an apprentice in Hamburg. While training under certified master chefs, he developed a style rooted in classical technique, while preserving his personal interest of using high-quality seasonal ingredients that reflect market preferences. Ludwig has a degree in Culinary Arts from Gastromiche Fachhochschule, located in Hamburg.
