Callaway Big Bertha Driver Performance Guarantee

If you just bought a new 2015 Big Bertha Driver and it's not the best performing driver for you, we've got you covered. Our new Performance Guarantee lets you swap out your driver for one of our other new Big Bertha models. All you have to do is switch them out, pay any difference in price between the two, and you'll be playing the best Big Bertha for your game.

For a limited time only, if you are unhappy with your purchase of a 2015 Callaway Big Bertha Driver (Big Bertha V Series Driver, Big Bertha Alpha 815 Driver, or Big Bertha Alpha 815 Double Black Diamond Driver ("Eligible Product"), made between 10/24/14 12/31/14 ("Promotion Period"), return it in its original undamaged condition within 30 days of the date of purchase ("Return Period") to the participating authorized Callaway retailer ("Participating Retailer") where purchased with your original receipt (in-store purchases only) and receive a full store credit to be used only towards the immediate purchase of a different 2015 Callaway Big Bertha Driver ("Alternate Driver"). No cash refunds. If the price of the Alternate Driver exceeds the value of the returned driver constituting the Eligible Product, the buyer is responsible for paying the difference up to the price of the Alternate Driver. If the price of the Alternate Driver is less than the value of the returned driver constituting the Eligible Product, the buyer will be refunded the difference between the Eligible Product and the Alternate Driver. Original shipping charges for on-line purchases will not be credited and return shipping will not be credited. Purchase of Eligible Product must be made within the Promotion Period and returned within the Return Period (for online purchases, returns must be postmarked within 30 days of date of purchase). All returns must be made at point of purchase only (e.g. in-store purchases returned in-store and online purchases returned to return shipping address). For on-line purchases, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage due returns. Proof of purchase required.
