A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Ed Doyle has more than 35 years of varied hospitality experience across a spectrum of award-winning hotels and restaurants. Ed founded RealFood Consulting and lead the company to become a premier Hospitality, Strategy and Design firm servicing clubs, hotels and restaurants, both domestically and internationally. He became a member of the Troon team when RealFood was acquired by Troon in 2019. Ed brings his extensive knowledge in all areas of food & beverage operations and his proprietary approach to defining, designing and delivering unique and memorable hospitality experiences to the Company. Ed oversees a Food & Beverage portfolio of Troon facilities and continues to serve as President of RealFood and its broad portfolio of commercial clients.
