Tenure in hospitality: 17 years total, 10 years management; The Food-&-Beverage-Bug bit at the age of 16 when I worked as an Applebee’s Hostess. A few years later I landed a job driving a refreshment cart on a beautiful semi-private course — I was 19 and felt like I hit jackpot.
About me: I have a significant aversion to all things fruit. Seriously, bananas are the worst and serve no purpose on planet earth. The end.
What I’m looking forward to most on the Council: I am super excited to strategize and collaborate with this diverse and astute conglomerate of awesome humans on the council! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Troon F&B!!
