Welcome to the 2022 Troon Global Leadership information page! Here you will find all updated details to properly plan for and experience an enjoyable leadership conference. This page will be updated as new information is planned and available.

The 2022 Global Leadership Conference registration is live and invites have been sent out. The original invitation was sent to each facility leader that included some detailed information about this year’s event.
Since our last conference in 2019, Troon has since tripled in size. With that being said, for the 2022 conference we are going to initially set a limit of 2 attendees per property.
Registration will remain open until Wednesday August 31st. Following this initial registration period, we will evaluate our overall participation and make a decision to open it up to more, if available.
Please reach out to your supporting Operations leader for any guidance on invitations.

Cost:
The cost per attendee will be $1,500, which will be invoiced to your property in early December 2022. The cost does not include travel & lodging.
The agenda & breakout schedule below is posted as of 10/21/22, the information on this agenda is subject to change without any communication. When the conference app is live, the agenda & breakout schedule on there will be live at all times. Please refer to that once we send out the instructions for downloading (to come by Friday 10/28).

The content at conference will be strongly geared towards team unison, leadership, strengths and much more! The schedule will consist of general sessions, keynote speakers, breakouts, networking, etc.
Conference Attire:
- Business Casual during day events
- Wednesday’s dinner is casual. Shorts are ok, no t-shirts
- Friday’s celebration dinner is business attire. Coat with tie optional
The Westin Kierland is SOLD OUT for the conference dates.
There is an AC Hotel North Scottsdale right across the street, but we do not have a contracted room block with them and we don’t know the current availability.
*Lodging will need to be found & booked by the attendee.

Parking on-site at Kierland are the following:
Gated Self-Park = $16 overnight/day
Valet Parking = $31 overnight/day

Transportation
Uber & Lyft our great sources to and from the airport. Once you are on property at Kierland, the need for consistent transportation is not needed. All conference events are on-site and there are many wonderful choices in restaurants within walking distance of the resort!

- If you’d prefer to have a rental car, Hertz is our preferred partner.
Existing Hertz Gold Members: Log into your Hertz account at www.hertz.com. Ensure that all of your personal information is up to date (license, credit card, etc.) and add Troon CDP (1005903) to your profile as the primary discount code. This is found by clicking “edit” to your “Personal Details.”
