The previous dining facility at Poston Butte Golf Club, managed by Troon, just wasn’t cutting it. In all of 2014, it had 42,000 covers and $196,000 in sales. In the first 10 months since opening, the new Anthem Grille brought in $1.1 million in sales and 75,000 covers.
Open seven days a week to the public for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, the $3.2 million restaurant has a casual dining concept fit for a quick bite before or after a round.
Its theme nights and special events have been very successful – especially Thursday nights. The anthem Grille offers dinner for two. For $30 a couple, diners get salads, entrees and a bottle of wine.
