Inclement Weather Policy

Inclement Weather Policy

Posted on November 11, 2015

We can't always predict the weather, and sometimes golfers will experience inclement weather during a round of golf. When it does happen, we have implemented an inclement weather policy at our facilities. Keep this in mind the next time you find yourself on the golf course and a storm rolls in.

This facility does not possess an inclement weather warning or detection system. Golfers are advised to play at their own risk and we are under no obligation to warn, retrieve, and/or remove anyone from the golf course due to inclement weather, including lightning.

Golfers may suspend their round at any time upon their own determination of the dangers of existing, impending or threatening inclement weather and golfers may be eligible for a rain check, Neither Troon Golf nor is the facility responsible for injuries or damage resulting from inclement weather.
