It’s time to hit the range to correct those bad habits and work out your putting yips because the 2009 Troon Challenge is just around the corner – hopefully it doesn’t’ take the Haney Project to get your game in shape!
The Troon Challenge is a series of amateur golf tournaments held May through August at 14 Troon Golf courses in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada and Texas. Teams of two players compete in local qualifier events for a chance to earn a spot at the Troon Challenge National Finals. The entry fee at local qualifying events includes your green fee, cart, practice balls, one dozen Callaway golf balls, event prizes and a post-tournament awards reception.
Troon North Golf Club located in Scottsdale, Ariz. will host the 28 teams that advance to the National Finals August 29-30, 2009. Each participant in this two-day tournament will receive a Callaway Golf gift pack and be eligible for prizes including award winning Callaway Golf products and more.
