Tenure in hospitality: 27 years. I began working as a bus boy in 1995 at the age of 15. I began cooking professionally in the Summer of 2000.
About me: I like river otters and Irish music, in that order. Also, soup is just an excuse to eat crackers
What I’m looking forward to most on the Council: I hope that the council can provide some guidance and advice to some of the clubs newer to Troon who might be trying to figure out their F&B paths. At the Summit, I met several F&B leaders from some newer properties that just needed a little advice and some reassurance. I hope that our existence outside of Troon corporate gives the program some credibility and approachability because we are living the life in operations every day, and I hope that we are able to share ideas and best practices throughout all of Troon’s properties.
