The Length ranges from just over 5,000 yards from the front tees, to just under 7,000 yards from the back tees. The golf course itself will cover 100 hectares of land with the addition of a stylish grand 10,000m2 clubhouse and a golf academy located at the multi-faceted practice faciility. The course is routed in such a way as to give a large amount of golf course frontage for the luxury housing around its perimeter.
