The Dunes of Naples is a private residential community with approximately 634 residents and is comprised of seven high rise towers of high-end luxury condos, 40 luxury coach homes and the Plantation Club – a 10,000-square foot recreational complex where the pool, food and beverage options, fitness center, tennis, and recreational activities are located. As part of the agreement, Troon will manage the food and beverage operations, including The Dining Room and Tiki Bar; and the recreational amenities, including the fitness center and tennis center.
