Vattanac Golf Resort is just a 45-min drive from the Phnom Penh city center, and boasts a 7,467-yard par 72 championship course, the East Course, designed by Sir Nick Faldo. The course is the 1st phase of an integrated resort development that will soon include an additional 18-hole West Course layout. The East Course was the first course to open at Vattanac Golf Resort on the 17th of May, 2019. The stunning Faldo designed layout has attracted a lot of attention with the 3 iconic miniature replicas of marvels of Khmer architecture: Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Preah Vihear Temple.
The par 72 East Course has 6 tee-boxes to choose from including a tee box for juniors. The course measures 7,467 yards and is fair but challenging for players of all levels. The course will challenge the seasoned golfer with its various risk / reward opportunities.
In addition to superb golf the spectacular setting features cultural expressions including scale models of famous Khmer historical architectural sites such as Angkor Wat, Preah Vihear and Bayon.
