Madai Saas Receives 2022 Ricki Neil-Jones Award

The Troon Golf Academy at Montgomerie Golf Club Dubai has announced the recipient of the 2022 Ricki Neil-Jones Award, junior golfer, Madai Saas.  The annual award in memory of Teaching Professional, Ricki Neil-Jones who sadly lost his battle with pancreatic cancer at the age of 35 a few years ago, is given for sportsmanship.

Ricki was a great sportsman and passionate about junior coaching so it’s fitting that this award goes to a golfer that brings a superb attitude to the golf academy, competes in all the academy events, and supports fellow competitors.

Madai Saas has been learning to play golf at the Troon Golf Academy at Montgomerie Golf Club Dubai for 5 years and continues to be committed to developing himself and his golf skills.

He has taken his game to the next level and developed from a junior golfer, learning on the par 3 course, to a superb young golfer who now competes in junior events on the championship course and within the region.
