Community Association Management

Troon’s Operating Standards are the result of a facility-level analysis of the criteria for excellent guest service and this proprietary approach serves as the foundation for our hospitality-centric HOA management services.  In every community in which we provide HOA management, the residents benefit from the implementation of a Culture of Accountability.  The Community Manager and supporting staff manage the day-to-day operations with the goal of delighting the residents versus just completing tasks.  In addition, each community realizes operating efficiencies (both in processes and labor) when Troon is engaged to manage both the HOA and club operation.
