Since our company’s inception, we have been involved in the development and/or redesign of more than 400 golf courses and clubhouses. Throughout every phase of design, development and construction, Troon has the capability and expertise to assist our clients by working directly with golf course designers, clubhouse architects and all other professionals involved in the development process. From the initial design stage through the final sign-off on each component, our club management team’s involvement includes extensive budget planning and analysis, implementation of cost controls and frequent reviews of building plans. The end result is a club designed and constructed bearing in mind the client’s ultimate objectives.
