Troon offers you and your family access to an Employee Assistance & Wellness Support program through GuidanceResources (ComPsych). Resources are available 24/7 for confidential support and guidance, as well as assistance with referrals for additional services.
An advocate can help with questions and advice, including tips for managing stress, helping children cope, and accessing community resources. All conversations are strictly confidential.
