Testimonial from Chris’s Trip with Three of his Buddies
“Put Gamble Sands on your bucket list. We did a boy’s trip weekend here and this place exceeded our expectations. The views are unforgettable. The hotel was awesome. Shout out to Chef Dave who made us feel like the most important people there. The staff took such great care of us. The golf course was epic. Takes at least one round to get the hang of. Definitely play the short course at least once. Night putting with glow-in-the-dark balls was something else. Highly recommend it, can’t wait to go back. This place is a 10 out of 10, and will not disappoint.”
Testimonial from Greg’s Trip with Two Buddies
“Took a guys golf trip to Gamble Sands for the first time in October of 2021. We made the easy flight into Spokane from Southern CA and made the drive to Brewster, WA. Upon arrival, you are met with breathtaking views of both the big and small courses. It truly feels like a special place. We stopped in to check in at the front desk and were greeted by very friendly staff. It is the kind of place where everyone working there is just happy to be a part of it. Our room was beautiful. It had everything one would need to enjoy a golf trip along with a stunning view of the putting course and the lake in Brewster. The courses are a perfect blend of challenge and forgiveness. They are a true representation of links-style golf. We have taken a lot of guys’ golf trips around the USA and Gamble Sands ranks near the top of all time. We can’t wait to plan our next trip up there in the future.”
Situated high above the Columbia River, in North Central Washington, Gamble Sands has one of nature’s great locations and dramatic golf settings. Much like its older brothers and sisters in the linksland of Scotland, this beauty has 18 consecutive holes that were discovered – not constructed. David McLay Kidd, the Scottish Architect, and author of Bandon Dunes, describes this site as “once in a lifetime.”” He certainly took advantage of this opportunity to create one of the great links experiences in the world. No matter the direction
