Player packages start at $5,900+ Per Person and the PGA Professional’s fee is complimentary*.
To secure your team’s spot at the Pinehurst Pro Am, a designated team captain must register the team (no deposit is required, at this time). Cancellation/Refund policies are outlined at the bottom of this page. A full team with each individual paid in full is due within 30 days from the group’s registration, but in any event, not later than July 9, 2023. If full payment is not timely received, then your team’s spot may be forfeited and given to another team.
After your team is secured, the individual who filled out the form will be sent an automatic email. It is the responsibility of this individual to forward the email to each team member. All 4 individuals (1 Professional + 3 Amateurs) will need to fill out this form to properly reserve the team. This form will allow each individual to inform + pay for their chosen accommodations.
*The PGA Professional’s fee will be complimentary under the following circumstances:
- They provide a completed team of three (3) amateurs
- Share a room with one (1) of the listed amateurs
If the Professional chooses to have their own room accommodations and/or bring a guest, there will be a fee associated with those options.

GOLF AT PINEHURST
- Four person teams. Three amateurs and one PGA professional per team. 2023 field limited to 52 teams
- Three (3) rounds of tournament golf Thursday through Saturday
- Each Team will play one (1) round each on No. 2, No. 4 and No. 6
- There is a professional purse
1 Best Ball (Gross) added to 1 Best Ball (Net) each hole.
You must use (2) Two separate balls for the low gross and low net scores.
Amateurs will receive 80% of their course handicaps with a maximum of 18 allowed for men and 24 for ladies. We will be using each amateur’s July 24, 2023 index.
We will be using each amateur’s most current index prior to the event start.
TIES
Broken by the lowest score on the back nine on the final day. If still tied, last 6 holes, then last 3 holes, then 18th hole backwards until a tie is broken.
OVERALL PRIZES (TEAM + PROFESSIONALS)

Tournament awards presented at Saturday Night’s Awards Banquet.

On-Course: There will be optional daily hole-in-one competitions available
Team Buy-in: Each team will have the option to buy-in on the daily skins game & day money. Winners paid daily.

Our Pro-Am policy for all players is designed for maximum enjoyment and equality in competition.
Troon Events Pro-Am Senior play policy is 55 years & older. (Amateurs & Professionals). Date of birth is to-the-day of tournament start.

*TEAM POLICY*
A full team with each individual must be paid in full within thirty (30) days from the group’s registration but in any event, not later than July 9, 2023. If full payment is not timely received, then your team’s spot may be forfeited and given to another team.
*AMATEUR’S POLICY*
- A full refund is available for a cancellation occurring within seven (7) days of registration payment, provided, however, that no refunds are available on cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to the tournament start date (July 24, 2023).
- A 50% refund is available for a cancellation occurring within 8-12 days of registration payment, provided, however, that no refunds are available for cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to the tournament start date (July 24, 2023).
- The registration payment is non-refundable after 12 days of purchase.
- Any add-on payments made are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to tournament start date (August 9, 2023) and are non-refundable thereafter. Name changes are allowed at any time prior to the tournament start date.
- Full refunds may be offered, regardless of timing, in the event the purchaser finds an alternate participant to take their place and such alternate remits payment in full.
*PROFESSIONAL’S POLICY*
- Any upgrades which are canceled within seven (7) days of purchase are fully refundable, provided, however, that no refunds are available on cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to the tournament start date (July 24, 2023).
- Any upgrades which are canceled within 8-12 days of purchase are 50% refundable, provided, however, that no refunds are available on cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to the tournament start date (July 24, 2023).
- Any upgrades which are canceled after 12 days of purchase are non-refundable.
- Any add-on payments made are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to tournament start date (August 9, 2023) and are non-refundable thereafter. Name changes are allowed at any time prior to the tournament start date.
- Full refunds may be offered, regardless of timing, in the event the purchaser finds an alternate to take their place as the Professional and such alternate remits payment in full.
