16 GOLF INSTRUCTORS FROM 15 TROON-AFFILIATED FACILITIES NAMED “BEST IN STATE” BY GOLF DIGEST

Scottsdale, Ariz. (November 6, 2017) – Sixteen golf instructors from 15 Troon-affiliated facilities have been named “Best in State” by Golf Digest in the publication’s 2017/2018 ranking of America’s Best Teachers. In addition, two instructors, Andrew Rice from the Club at Savanah Harbor (34th) and Mike LaBauve from Westin Kierland Resort & Spa (T-50), were named among America’s 50 Best Teachers.

Every two years Golf Digest recognizes the “Top Golf Instructors in America” in their November issue. In 2017/2018, a total of 571 golf instructors were honored by Golf Digest as “Best in State” with the top 50 highlighted as “America’s 50 Best Teachers.” Instructors are ranked by their peers with results tabulated by Golf Digest.
