LAUGHLIN RANCH GOLF CLUB PURCHASED BY GLASS MOUNTAIN FARMS LLC
Bullhead City, Ariz. (October 1, 2020) – Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Bullhead City, Ariz. has been purchased from the Mariner Family by Glass Mountain Farms LLC, a Minnesota-based company owned by Christopher Olson, David Kuntz, and Katie Steele. Glass Mountain Farms’ COO Katie Steele has relocated to the Bullhead City area and will serve as the onsite asset manager. Troon Golf, the resort and daily-fee club operations division of Troon, will continue managing the golf, restaurant, spa and club operations at Laughlin Ranch as the company has since August 2018
In 2017, the Mariner Family acquired the Laughlin Ranch golf course, clubhouse, restaurant, and spa from IMH Financial Corporation. The Mariners made numerous club and course enhancements aimed at improving the guest experience, such as new equipment in the restaurant and spa; and a new fleet of golf cars. Glass Mountain Farms has exciting plans for the future of the golf course and facilities and will seek input from the Laughlin Ranch community at an upcoming town hall meeting which will be announced soon.
