MONARCH BEACH GOLF LINKS WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR OF SALES
Dana Point, Calif. (July 8, 2021) – Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, Calif. is pleased to welcome Lyon Lazare as the club’s new Director of Sales. Lazare will lead the award-winning course’s sales efforts including local, regional and national group sales, membership-type programming and additional sales opportunities.
Originally from nearby Newport Beach, Calif., Lazare has 10-plus years of experience in the golf industry having most recently served as the Sales Director at Valencia Country Club where he oversaw membership sales, events, and food and beverage. Prior to Valencia CC, Lazare worked at Aliso Viejo Country Club, starting as the Membership Sales Coordinator before moving into the First Assistant Golf Professional position.
Prior to graduating from Chapman University in Orange, Calif. with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Lazare lived abroad in Italy and Panama for nearly two years, studying environmental architecture. He currently serves on the 2021 Southern California PGA Tournament Committee as the PGA Associate representative.
