2021 marks the eighth consecutive year the PGA TOUR has played an event at Silverado Resort and Spa (Frys.com Open 2014 – 2015, Safeway Open 2016 – 2020, Fortinet Championship 2021). Located in the heart of California’s wine country, the North Course originally opened in 1955, was redesigned by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and then refreshed by multi-time TOUR winner and Silverado Resort and Spa owner, Johnny Miller. The Fortinet Championship will air on Golf Channel Thursday through Sunday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and on PGA TOUR LIVE Thursday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST.

After a Fortinet Championship winner is crowned on Sunday evening, golfers can play where the pros play and experience Silverado Resort and Spa for themselves in a variety of ways, including golf stay and play packages, golf groups of 12 or more, through lessons and golf schools at the Johnny Miller Golf Academy, or by becoming a member and joining the Silverado community.

Silverado Resort and Spa is Napa Valley’s only 36-hole golf resort and was named the “2020 California Golf Course of the Year” by the California Golf Course Owners Association. The 7,123-yard, par 72 North Course annually hosts the Fortinet Championship, while the 6,612-yard, par 72 South Course is a favorite among members and resort guests. Both courses were re-designed by World Golf Hall of Fame member and former lead NBC golf analyst Johnny Miller. In 2020, the North Course was named to Golfweek’s Best 2020: Top 200 Resort Courses ranking. In addition to two 18-hole golf courses, Silverado features 340 guest rooms, a full service Spa, 10 tennis courts and 10 swimming pools, all in close proximity to Napa Valley’s 540-plus wineries.
