TAYLOR MORRISON SELECTS TROON AS NATIONAL PARTNER TO HELP LEAD OPERATIONS IN ESPLANADE COMMUNITES

Scottsdale, Ariz. (July 31, 2023) – Taylor Morrison (NYSE: TMHC), one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, has partnered with Troon®, the leader in providing golf and club-related leisure and hospitality services, as they continue to evolve and enhance their resort lifestyle offerings through not only this partnership but also the creation of Esplanade Resort Experiences, a new entity under the Taylor Morrison umbrella.

With Esplanade Resort Experiences, a specialized team is dedicated to serving Esplanade residents with such things as world-class culinary experiences, wellness and sports programs, and other unique custom offerings such as having access to a national wine club and uniquely curated travel programs. The Esplanade Resort Experiences team is comprised of leadership with both developer and resort experience. Team members also have backgrounds in hospitality, wellness, food and beverage, marketing, communications, and concierge services.
Through the new strategic partnership, Troon will provide a high level of white glove service and manage operations across Esplanade communities initially in Florida and Charlotte while supporting growth in additional divisions across the Taylor Morrison brand. Troon’s expertise in resort operations, golf, food and beverage, and hospitality will complement Esplanade as the team elevates the experiences offered to residents and guests. The national partnership with Troon supports continued growth for Esplanade, bringing additional resources to communities, resort amenities and club facilities, as well as combined expertise and capabilities for Esplanade and Troon associates. There are currently nearly 30 Esplanade communities throughout the U.S., including in Charlotte, North Carolina; Temecula, California; Sacramento, California; and across Florida.

The Troon-Taylor Morrison relationship is nothing new. Troon Privé already oversees several Taylor Morrison-developed golf course operations and/or homeowner associations in southwest Florida, including the newest Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota.
