Vattanac Golf Resort is delighted to announce 2 prestigious awards from the 59 Club. Vattanac Golf Resort has been awarded both Golf Operations Team of the Year, and Agronomy Team of the Year at the recently held awards ceremony in the United Arab Emirates.
59 Club is a quality assurance and data provider company which assists clients to evaluate their customer journey from a detailed non-subjective criterion on various online platforms. The criteria are broken down into 4 distinct areas of; staff sales, staff attitude, internal processes and facility standards. The data is then benchmarked amongst competitors and helps clients create action and development plans for their operation. The results of these surveys culminate in the world renowned “59 Club Service Excellence Awards”, whereby facilities with outstanding scores are recognized for their excellence and commitment to service standards.
