The company announced today that Whitehall Street Real Estate Limited Partnership XI, an affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co., purchased approximately one-third of the company.

Whitehall Street Real Estate Limited Partnership XI, is the sixth in a series of real estate investment partnerships sponsored by The Goldman, Sachs Group, L.P. and its affiliates, and capitalized by Goldman, Sachs & Co. and public and private investors. During the past five and a half years, The Whitehall Street Real Estate Limited Partnerships have invested approximately $5.7 billion of equity in 193 separate investments with an all-in cost of approximately $18.2 billion (including leverage). Whitehall has approximately $1.2 billion of uncommitted capital.
