Sewailo Golf Club Is Arizona’s Newest Ace – Opens 12/12/13

Located in southwest Tucson, Casino Del Sol Resort, an enterprise of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and the only Forbes Four Star-rated casino resort in Arizona, is scheduled to unveil Sewailo Golf Club to the public on December 12!

The course’s rolling velvet fairways and exquisite greens complement the nearly 14 acres of extraordinary lakes, streams and water features. Indigenous flowers and plants used in tribal ceremonies are also in abundance throughout the course and have been salvaged and replanted from the original site.

In the Pascua Yaqui language, the word Sewailo means “flower world” and Sewailo Golf Club exudes this sentiment at every turn with more than 30,000 native flowers, plants and cacti incorporated into this 200-acre Notah Begay III designed masterpiece.

Additional course amenities include an extensive driving range, practice areas for chipping and putting, Callaway Golf equipment rentals and instructional programs.

Sewailo Golf Club is open to casino resort guests and the general public, and tee times can be scheduled starting November 25 by visiting www.sewailogolfclub.com or calling 520-838-6623.
