And being cooped up in your home and apartment is definitely not making it easy on anyone either. For this reason, it is incredibly important to get outside for some fresh air and stay active while following guidelines for Social Distancing.
I can not stress enough that going for a 30 minute walk a day will not only help you physically, but play a bigger role on keeping you mentally stable. Feeling the fresh air in your respiratory system will give you the push you need each day to stay positive to the best of your ability. Start building your immune system with cardio!
Also, try and take a different route each time you’re outside. Doing the same thing over and over can get monotonous and become a burden when it’s that time to stay active. Change things up as much as you can with views and routes just to keep you mentally in the moment and positive. Enjoy the process and be thankful you’re healthy and able to do the things you do!
