There are so many great workouts and exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home using open space and your own body weight! Here is a great way to work out the all-important core as well as incorporate a little leg-day to get the heart-rate going from home!
- Body Weight Squats – 5 sets of 15 reps
- Alternate lunges – 5 sets of 10 reps with each leg
- Side lunges – 5 sets of 10 reps with each leg
- Calf raises – 5 sets of 20 reps
- Crunches – 3 sets of 20 reps
- Russian Twists – 3 sets of 40 total reps
- Flutter kicks – 3 sets for 30 seconds
- Jumping jacks – 3 sets of 100 total
