As individuals we are always capable of bettering ourselves mentally, emotionally and physically.
Age is just a number to me and with that, its never to late to start on your fitness journey. Although you will not be able to workout or do things as well as you could have starting at a younger age, a good trainer will be able to help you get into the shape you want to be in!
Having patients and a positive mindset will only help the process be more enjoyable for everyone involved. Start with going on walks, stretching when you have free time in front of the TV, doing body weight workouts such as squats, push-ups and crunches. Start slowly increasing the ability to put stress on your body you’ve never felt before. I assure you, soreness is good and it will only be there for a short period of time.
Lets push passed the excuses of, I’ve never done this before, I’m too old for this, or I should have started when I was 18. Whether your 25 ,35, 45, 55 and older, we are in this journey together!
