A simple, yet effective way to improve your health and fitness is to simply challenge yourself. Set goals every couple weeks, months or year depending on what you’re trying to accomplish for yourself. Whether if its working out 3 to 4 times a week or running a mile every other day, challenge yourself.
I’m a firm believer that we all need to “be comfortable, being uncomfortable”. If we aren’t uncomfortable doing something, then we simply aren’t challenging ourselves enough to grow as individuals. Set goals that seem just out of reach for yourself and push yourself to your limits.
You’ll surprise yourself on what you can do when you push yourself just a little more than usual. I promise it will hurt and not be fun during your journey, but it will be very much worth it when its all said and done!
