We have all been stuck in a plateau during our fitness journey at some point or another and arguably the most frustrating part is trying to figure out a way to get out of it. Many times it can be a mental struggle to want to workout, but I’m here to help you push through it with just a couple ideas.
First off, change the time of your workouts. If you’re the type to workout as soon as you’re done with work, wake up earlier and workout before to start your day off right! You’ll have sustained energy throughout the day and feel accomplished from the very beginning. It can be uncomfortable waking up earlier too start, but you’ll feel more tired at an earlier time and get a better nights rest.
If that doesn’t seem to work, find a workout buddy to help push you through the tough times. Surrounding yourself with individuals who are willing to push you pass your limits will only help you realize how much more you’re capable of doing. Find an individual with similar training styles and help push each other to get better everyday.
