Drink more, and then drink some more when you aren’t sure if you’ve had enough. Our body is made up to 60% of water so it only makes sense to drink more than you think you can handle.
Studies suggest you should have at least eight 8oz glasses of water a day, or 64 ounces in total. Yes, that’s the bare minimum of what you should have, but why deprive your body what it needs with the minimum? What many individuals do not realize, is that water is actually the best way to speed up your metabolism and increase weight loss! I say, drink as much water as you can daily and try and drink a gallon a day.
Yes, you will be running to the restroom a lot to start off with when you’re drinking so much, but it’s flushing all the toxins and unnecessary things in your body you don’t need. The more water you drink, the better off you’ll be in the long run.
