Team Troon On Tour: Colin Montgomerie at Phoenix CC for Charles Schwab Cup Championship

This week is headlined by the PGA TOUR Champions season ending Charles Schwab Cup Championship at Phoenix Country Club! The event was modified slightly… from a limited field event to a full field event. As such is headlined by notables such as Jim Furyk, Bernhard Langer, Ernie Els, Fred Couples and more. Team Troon’s Colin Montgomerie will be in the field, strolling the pure fairways of Phoenix Country Club, rocking his all Troon bag all week. He is coming off a T41, -6  finish last week at the Timbertech Championship in Florida and does enjoy this course and his event. Go get em this week Colin!

The World of Troon will be pulling for you to finish strong in Arizona on this storied club that is a true gem within the Troon Privé family. The 54 hole stroke play event will be broadcast, Friday, Saturday & Sunday on Golf Channel. Air times are below:

PGATOUR

The PGA Tour moves from Bermuda to the Viviant Houston Open…and event, that despite 2020 schedule changes, hangs onto its traditional pre-Masters week slot in the schedule. Alex Noren is in the field representing Team Troon, while the remainder of the Team rests up and prepares for the first ever “November Masters” at Augusta National. Go Alex!

AIRING SATURDAY – TEAM TROON $1M CHARITY SHOT (FROM THE FLOATING TEE) AT RIO SECCO GC ON BREAKING PAR

While in Las Vegas for the CJ Cup and in celebration of our continued commitment to this initiative, Team Troon met up at the Troon-affiliated Rio Secco Golf Club and took part in a charity shot on the 16th hole, from a floating tee constructed in the middle of the lake. Justin Thomas, Gary Woodland, Matt Kuchar, Matt Fitzpatrick, Alex Noren and Cheyenne Woods took a shot at $1M from 145 yards on this iconic par three. Many have inquired about…was there a hole in one, who was the closest to the pin (as the closest to the pin winner was awarded a charitable donation of $10,000 to a local charity they selected that week). Well Saturday is your time to find out how it all went down…
