Team Troon On Tour: Matt Fitzpatrick With A Top 10 Finish In China

Matt Fitzpatrick and his “All Troon bag” got plenty of airtime this week during the World Golf Championships – HSBC Champions in Shanghai China as he was at the top of the leaderboard most of the week. Ultimately Rory McIIroy would win in a playoff, but Fitzpatrick played great all week. He posted rounds of 66-67-70-71 to finish at -14 in 7th place. Just five shots shy of a spot in the playoff that Rory would eventually win over Xander. Great playing Matt!

Over in Bermuda, Alex Noren also had a great week finishing in the Top 15. Noren strung together four solid rounds of 69-67-68-67 to finish at -13 and earn the T15 finish.

Most of Team Troon is taking this week off…BUT be on the lookout for some cool social to coming out of Troon and Troon North on Saturday as Cheyenne Woods will be playing with our winners of our Troon Rewards sweepstakes executed over the summer. One lucky winner, Mr. Nick White and his foursome will enjoy a stay at Four Seasons Troon North and on Saturday and will have a great day at the club. The lucky winner and his group will enjoy lunch and dinner at Troon North, and a round on the Monument Course (accompanied by CADDIEMASTER caddies) with Cheyenne.
