Golf Policy

Overview
  • We are pleased to offer preferred golf privileges to Troon Reston corporate associates and their guests as a benefit of employment with Troon.
  • New hire associates are eligible for golf privileges after completing 30 days of employment.
Rates
  • All rates are based on availability and booked at the discretion of the facility’s general manager.
  • Start times vary by facility and season.
  • Troon Card rate may apply for corporate associates requesting during peak times (early morning).
Procedure For Tee Time Requests
  • You must fill out the online form: https://www.troon.com/troon-reston-corporate-golf-tee-time-request/
  • Requests can be submitted in advance of the two-day window, but the tee time will not be requested until two days prior to date of play.
  • Same day requests may/may not be accommodated.
  • Friday request must be submitted by 11:00 a.m.
  • During certain times of the year (aerification, overseeding, peak season, etc.) tee times will be very limited or not available.
  • Courses not participating in the program – you will need to contact the courses directly.
Out-of-State Request
  • To play at any AZ properties please email – teetimes@troon.com
  • These courses will be handled on an individual basis.
  • Rate is at the discretion of the facilities general manager.
Cancellation Policies
  • Please contact the course directly to cancel.
  • Not cancelling may result in a “no show” fee for you and/or your guests.
Other Notes
  • Try to keep requests to one tee time per week and preferably no more than two tee times per month, per associate.
  • Please do not contact facilities directly to make a tee time, unless the course is not participating in the program.
