Troon To Operate Pineapple Grill at Kapalua Resort
Kapalua Resort, Maui (March 2, 2016) – Troon®, the world’s largest golf and hospitality management company, will assume management and operations of the Pineapple Grill, located at The Bay Course clubhouse at the Kapalua Resort, from the Cohn Restaurant Group.
Troon’s award-winning food and beverage division, which manages over 155 restaurants located at golf resorts, private clubs, daily fee golf courses and recreational facilities around the world, will assume management and operational oversight. The Pineapple Grill will remain open as the management and operational transitions take place over the next couple of months. The entire restaurant staff will be retained and will continue to provide exceptional service and deliciously innovative Pacific Island cuisine.
